Encore is designed to protect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the GDPR.

What we collect

Your first and last name, university email (@insead.edu), class/cohort, home campus, a WhatsApp phone number (required at sign-up so other verified members can contact you about your listings), the listings you create, and non-personal usage events (listing views, contact-button clicks) required to run the platform.

How we use it

To gate the platform to verified students, to display listings with your first name, class and campus, to log platform usage in aggregate, and to email you magic sign-in links and listing renewal reminders. We never sell your data.

Where it's stored

All personal data is stored on servers in Frankfurt, Germany (eu-central-1) within the EU.

Retention & your rights

You can delete your account and all associated personal data at any time from your Profile page. To request access to, correction of, or export of your data, email support@encore.college.
