Welcome to Encore. By using Encore you agree to the following community rules. These terms apply to every listing, contact, and interaction on the platform.

• Encore is a listing board for verified members of the campus community. Every account is tied to a real university email address, and your first name, class, campus, and a contactable WhatsApp number (visible once you're signed in) are shown to other members.
• List only items you own and genuinely intend to sell or give away, described honestly and photographed as they are.
• Prohibited listings: event tickets, weapons, alcohol, tobacco and vapes, drugs and medication, animals, counterfeit or stolen goods, services, and anything illegal in your campus's country.
• Agree on price, payment, and handover directly with the other person. We recommend meeting on campus and inspecting items before paying.
• Encore does not process payments, take commissions, or participate in any transaction. Never send money to reserve an item sight-unseen.
• Be decent: no harassment, discrimination, spam, or commercial reselling operations. This is a community space, not a storefront.
• Report anything suspicious using the Report button. Listings reported multiple times are hidden automatically pending review; reports are reviewed within five business days, urgent ones faster.
• Breaking these rules gets listings removed and repeat or serious offenders banned. Clearly dangerous or illegal listings are removed immediately and without notice.
• Your data stays in the EU, is never sold, and your account can be deleted by you at any time from your profile.
